Data deletion instructions
You can request deletion of personal information held by Pratap AI Innovations, including data processed in connection with a Meta or WhatsApp business integration.
How to submit a request
- Email contact@pratap.ai with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Include the name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, or Meta-connected identifier that helps us locate the relevant data.
- Tell us whether the request relates to this website, a Pratap AI service, or a specific client business using a Pratap AI-built communication workflow.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your request and verify the information needed to protect against unauthorized deletion. Where Pratap AI Innovations is the responsible business, we will delete or anonymize eligible personal information unless we are required to retain it for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, or contractual reasons.
Meta and WhatsApp data
For data processed for a client business through WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta Cloud API, or a client communication system, that client may be the controller of the end-customer relationship. In that case, we will route your request to the relevant client where appropriate and assist with deletion from systems under our control.
Confirmation
After completing a request, we will send confirmation to the email address used for the request, unless doing so would create a security risk or the request cannot be verified.
